We want the best possible care for ‘people on the move’, who often change healthcare providers, including mobile populations in vulnerable cicumstances, but also travelers, and expats.
HealthEmove is an electronic personal health record that gives healthcare providers access to the medical record of a “person on the move” when visiting a clinic or practice. Through this digital health record, we aim to provide the relevant medical history needed to make informed decisions and provide the best possible care.
Patients decide who has access to their HealthEmove account and only they can add data to the the digital health record.
HealthEmove has a “Health” tab which lists all medical files of a patient, any potential blood pressure, pulse rate, glucose, or hemoglobin measurements and an overview page with relevant information on current diagnoses, medication, vaccinations and allergies. How does it work?
- Ask a patient if they already have a HealthEmove account. If not, promote the use of HealthEmove.
- If yes, ask for insights into their previous medical documents. HealthEmove has a “Health” tab which lists all medical files of a patient, any potential blood pressure, pulse rate, glucose, or hemoglobin measurements and an overview page with relevant information on current diagnoses, medication, vaccinations and allergies.
- Allow a patient to take a picture of their medical record. Print the medical document or allow a picture of your computer screen.
